Thank you for shopping at Nikki Connected.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Nikki Connected.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Nikki Connected, accessible from https://www.nikkiconnected.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your order cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order of non-digital and non-personalized products within 30 days.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by contacting us.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Digital products.
  • Personalized products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Due to the instant access to digital products, we cannot offer refunds once you’ve accessed your content. We are however invested in your satisfaction and will make a sincere effort to solve your problems.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Coaching, Strategy Session & Meeting Policy

By booking any coaching session, strategy session, consultation, meeting, or similar service (“Session”), you agree to the following terms. These terms are displayed on the booking page and must be accepted at checkout to complete your purchase.

1. Scheduling & Confirmation

Coaching sessions must be booked within 30 days of purchase or will be forfeited.All Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once booked, your Session time is exclusively reserved for you and cannot be offered to another client.

A confirmation email containing your Session details and access link is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can receive emails from Nikki Connected and to check your spam, promotions, or junk folders if necessary.

2. Cancellation Policy

To respect our time and scheduling capacity, cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Session are considered Late Cancellations.

3. Late Cancellations (2–24 Hours Before Session)

Cancellations made within 2–24 hours of the Session start time are considered late.
Late Cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
A one-time reschedule may be offered at the Company’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

4. Same-Day Cancellations (0–2 Hours Before Session)

Cancellations made within 0–2 hours of the Session are treated as No-Shows (see below).
Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

5. No-Shows

If you do not attend your Session and do not provide prior notice, the Session is marked as a No-Show.

A Session is considered a No-Show if any of the following occur:

You fail to enter the Session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

You do not attend at all.

You attempt to reschedule after the Session time has passed.

No-Shows are automatically forfeited and will not be credited, refunded, or rescheduled.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available only when proper notice has been given (24+ hours).
Reschedule requests must be made by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us through the official contact form.

Repeated rescheduling requests or missed appointments may result in the refusal of future bookings.

7. Technical Issues

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working internet connection, functioning device, and the ability to access the Session link. Failed attendance due to technical issues on the client’s side is considered a No-Show.

If a technical issue prevents Nikki Connected from hosting the Session, a new appointment will be arranged at no additional cost.

8. Time Zone Accuracy

All Session times are displayed in Eastern Time (ET). You are responsible for confirming the correct time in your local time zone.

9. Non-Transferability

Sessions are non-transferable. You may not transfer your Session to another person unless expressly approved in writing prior to the appointment.

10. Refunds

Due to the limited availability of Session slots and the exclusive time commitment required, all sales of coaching and strategy sessions are final once booked.

Missed Sessions, No-Shows, and Late Cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits.

11. Conduct & Professionalism

Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior during or surrounding a Session may result in immediate termination of the Session without refund, at the Company’s discretion.

Abuse & Slander Policy

Nikki Connected is committed to creating a positive and respectful environment for all customers. Any form of abusive behavior, harassment, or defamatory communication — including but not limited to threats, false accusations, public slander, or private harassment — will result in immediate revocation of access to all current and future products or services.

We reserve the right to document all interactions and take appropriate legal action in response to false claims, chargebacks, or public defamation that may damage our brand or business.

By purchasing any product, you agree to these terms and understand that all interactions must remain professional and respectful.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: {physical address}.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
